Check in time is after 3pm
Check out time is 11am
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve.
Those under 25 (not children traveling with parents) will be required to post a $100/per person refundable security deposit upon arrival.
Cabin rentals require a $300 refundable security deposit (credit card authorization) at the time of arrival.
Only Cabins are pet friendly (dogs only) there is an additional one-time pet fee of $75.00 due at arrival and please note your reservation that you are bringing your dog.
Cabin guests must provide all bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc for any arrivals between May 15 and Labor day (in-season).
There is an on-site coin-operated laundromat.
Sheets and towels are provided for all cabin rentals arriving between Labor day and May 15 (off -season) with NO daily maid service. Towels can be exchanged for fresh ones for a small fee during your stay.
Cabins do not get daily maid service or continental breakfast that's served for motel guests only.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special requests, if so, we will do our best to honor your requests, but we cannot guarantee it.
Cancelation policies differ on type of accommodations and terms of the reservation that you are selecting. Please pay attention to reservation cancelation terms at the time of booking.
Office hours are limited between Labor Day and Memorial Day (off-season). If you are arriving after 4pm during those months, please contact the office to make arrangements.
Small boat and trailer parking may be available for additional fee based on space.
Beach Shuttle is available with an hour advance sign up at the front desk in season (Memorial day till Labor Day)
Paid 2-way or 1-way ticket is available during off-season festival weekends (sign up in person at front desk and pay in cash, currently $20pp)
